Yesterday, the hospice nurse cleared up a miscommunication. After switching two anti-nausea drugs, lo-and-behold, mother's chief complaint seems to have disappeared in the night! Her appetite today is good ("water tastes like water"), she loved a great massage, and she now is relaxing with her daughter Elisabeth, a businesswoman just in from Santa Clarita.
